Refund Policy
Event: Hong Kong Exclusive: Confluence Trading Mastery with Paul Bratby

We're thrilled you've chosen to join us in Hong Kong. Because seating is limited to just 48 places, we ask all attendees to review this refund policy carefully before purchasing. It explains exactly what happens if your plans change.
Cancellation & Refunds
If you need to cancel, the refund you receive depends on how far in advance you let us know. All timeframes are calculated from the first day of the event (24 October 2026).
• 60 or more days before the event: Full refund (100% of the ticket price).
• 30 to 59 days before the event: Partial refund (50% of the ticket price).
• Fewer than 30 days before the event: No refund.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 14 business days for processing.
Transfers & Name Changes
Can't make it but know someone who'd love your spot? You're welcome to transfer your ticket to another person at no extra cost, provided you notify us at least 7 days before the event. The new attendee must meet the event prerequisites. Each ticket may be transferred once.
Cancellation or Postponement by the Organizer
In the unlikely event that we cancel the event, you'll receive a full refund of your ticket price.
If we postpone the event, your ticket will automatically be valid for the new date. If you're unable to attend the rescheduled event, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the new date being announced.
Please note that we are not responsible for any travel, accommodation, or related expenses you may incur.
No-Show Policy
Tickets are non-refundable for attendees who do not show up on the event days without prior cancellation. We're unable to offer refunds or credits for unused tickets.
